We are a family owned business providing a quality IT support service where we keep it simple, professional and affordable.
We are a small business and this means we have very low overheads and our hourly rates are 30-50% lower than other larger computer support providers.
Our target service area is South-East Brisbane but we do provide services for all Brisbane. If you are more than 30 minutes from Tarragindi we charge for the extra travel time needed.
Being a small business means each customer is a personal relationship that we value and our reputation is very important to us. We aim to provide a consistent, high quality and personalised service. Give us a try.
How much do we charge?
1. If you are within 30 minutes of Tarragindi we do not charge travel time. If you are further away than we charge for the extra travel time greater than 30 minutes at our hourly rate.
2. Our standard hourly rate for homes and small business is $120 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. If we can’t fix it within the hour we will provide an estimate for what is required.
3. For Seniors and older Australians our discounted hourly rate is $90 which is a 25% discount on our standard hourly rate.
4. Some tasks are cheaper if we take your device back to our workshop. For example, at our workshop we do not charge for our time when software is being installed or data is being copied. We will discuss options with you and it is your decision.

Jeff has dedicated over three decades to the IT world and providing quality service. He has operated 24-hour support for government agencies and supported small businesses and developed scientific and data visualisation software. His formal training includes a Degree in Engineering and a Masters in Information Technology, with specialised experience in Windows and Linux business environments and Apple for home and personal use.
Luke brings fresh knowledge and a passion for modern technology. He excels in Windows environments, mobile devices, and social media. His expertise also includes computing hardware, gaming systems, and performance tuning, ensuring your technology is running at its absolute best.
